Superside is looking for experienced Creative Project Managers to join our Creative Services team.
In this role, you’ll lead the charge on some of the world’s most forward-thinking brands, managing fast-paced creative projects across formats, channels, and teams. From day one, you’ll take ownership of customer relationships, guide creative output, and help shape how we integrate AI into our workflows.
You’ll work in a fully remote, globally distributed team of top talent, delivering bold, creative work while building the future of creative project management.
What you'll do
- Manage 20+ simultaneous creative projects across global brands, from concept to delivery, including planning, scoping, budgeting, and coordination.
- Translate customer needs into clear creative briefs, provide strategic recommendations, and guide projects through feedback cycles.
- Collaborate with Creative Leads and designers to deliver outstanding work that meets business objectives.
- Build strong customer relationships and serve as the main point of contact for creative execution.
- Spot growth opportunities and support customer success by identifying upsell, expansion, or churn risks.
- Partner with customers and creatives to explore and integrate AI tools into project workflows.
- Motivate and support your team to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
- Continuously grow your knowledge and help others thrive through shared learning.
What you'll need
- Excellent verbal and written English skills with the ability to present ideas and coordinate work in large international groups.
- 3+ years of experience as a Project/Account/Campaign manager or Creative producer within a brand or advertising function.
- Proven experience in managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Excellent understanding of creative communication and how creative content can drive business outcomes.
- Understanding of creative craft with a solid ability to scope, budget, and manage strict timelines and milestones.
- Experience with project management & collaboration software (e.g., Slack, Notion, Asana, Trello).
- High-level understanding of Digital Advertising, Social Media platforms, Branding and Communications.
- Familiarity with the Adobe Suite (Ps, Ai, Ae, Id) and Figma.
- Interest in AI and some knowledge of the leading creative AI tools (especially Midjourney and ChatGPT).
- An organized, customer-centric, and detail-oriented approach with an account management mindset.
- Autonomy, decisiveness, and accountability.
