Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and oversee planning efforts for data product deployments and standardized launch procedures
• Develop and update enablement materials and resources for DxPA stakeholders
• Establish, assist, and advocate for enhancements to project intake and evaluation workflows
• Implement and back new final review protocols for data products and deliverables
• Perform capacity assessments and project status evaluations to maintain alignment
• Aid Taskflow cleanup efforts to increase visibility of ongoing tasks
• Engage directly with stakeholders to share status updates and clarify procedures
• Assess current SDLC workflows to detect areas needing improvement
• Recommend roadmaps to refine SDLC workflows and support team compliance
• Support data extraction using SQL and Looker to fulfill leadership inquiries

Requirements

• Proven experience in program management with at least 3 years in similar roles
• Solid understanding of business process management and optimization methods
• Knowledge of communication management process design
• Experience with documentation and document control practices
• Ability to coordinate and align priorities among various teams and stakeholders
• Competence in defining and monitoring project metrics
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis
• Skill in assessing and enhancing software development lifecycle procedures
• Strong organizational and strategic planning abilities
• Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction
• Analytical problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
• English language proficiency at B2 level or above
