About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver innovative solutions that drive growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Product Manager.
• Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
• Demonstrated ability to manage the full product lifecycle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to balance technical and business considerations.
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles and data-driven decision-making.
• Fluent in Portugues and English.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience in [specific industry/domain, e.g., SaaS, FinTech, eCommerce].
• Knowledge of product design tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Analytics).
