Security Engineer

Job Responsibilities

1. Implement Physical Security Management System

• Drive data center on-site operations, facilities, and related teams to implement the physical security management system.

2. Enhance Security Awareness & Skills

• Improve on-site security team’s awareness and skills through training, drills, and testing to meet job requirements and ensure local physical security.

3. Conduct Security Inspections

• Perform comprehensive security inspections of the data center, identify potential risks and hazards in a timely manner, and ensure corrective actions are completed.

4. Support Major Events & Incidents

• Ensure effective implementation of security control measures during major events and incidents.

Skills & Expertise

Knowledge of security management, including personnel security (man-guarding), technical security, and emergency response.

Core Competencies

Communication Skills: Clear articulation, smooth expression, and logical thinking.

Collaboration Skills: Strong organizational and management abilities; capable of

coordinating cross-functional teams to implement security policies.

Management Skills: Self-management; basic project and daily task management.

Language Skills: Proficiency in local language + Chinese.
