Main responsibility:

  1. Skillfully handle recruitment channel management and carry out personnel recruitment work, striving to find suitable talents for the company.
  2. Competently formulate payroll policies and ensure the smooth operation of daily payroll matters.
  3. Carefully prepare training plans and implement training activities to help employees improve their skills.
  4. Seriously prepare performance plans and execute performance evaluations to promote the growth of employees.
  5. Adeptly deal with employee relations incidents to maintain a stable working atmosphere.
  6. Earnestly take on Local local administrative management-related work, such as dealing with supplier management and visa processing.


Requirement:

  1. Major in human resource management or administrative management, and have a certain understanding of Local labor law.
  2. Be able to use English for basic communication and work.
  3. Have at least 3 years of HR working experience.
  4. Social relations requirement: Have some working experience in Santiago City and understand the relevant labor department to some extent.
  5. Other special conditions: Have a certain level of emotional intelligence, service awareness, and the ability to execute tasks.
