TugOnn is a social project currently being built to bring communities closer through meaningful, local engagement. The goal is to create a space where people can take part in challenges, showcase their talents, offer help, and highlight positive actions in their community. TugOnn focuses on rewarding real contributions and connections with a fair earning model. The project is in its early phase, with students from across Europe helping shape the platform through development, strategy, and creative input.
Role Description
This is a HR volunteer remote role for a Global Student Project. Volunteers will be responsible for various tasks including working on hiring strategies, managing LinkedIn and Facebook pages, identifying right candidates, managing documentation and evaluating performance of staff. Volunteers will help shape the project by contributing their skills and ideas to create a meaningful impact on our project team.
Qualifications
- Strategic skills including project management, planning, and organizational abilities
- Creative input skills including design, content creation, and innovative thinking
- Community engagement skills including communication, collaboration, and social media management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Passion for community engagement and making a positive impact
- Relevant educational background or experience in the above areas is a plus
