Senior HR Data Analyst | Join a Global Leader in Finance & Analytics!

We are seeking a skilled Senior HR Data Analyst to join our team on a temporary contract. This role will focus on business intelligence and data analytics for our People & Talent team. You will work closely with the wider People Data Analytics team in Vilnius, providing insights that drive talent strategy and decision-making.

The role is planned as a 4-6 month contract, with possible extension.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret talent- and people-related data to support decision-making.
• Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel Power Query.
• Leverage automation tools such as Power Automate to streamline data workflows and reporting.
• Support the implementation and utilization of Copilot Studio Lite (if available) to enhance analytics capabilities.
• Collaborate with HR, Talent, and People Analytics teams to understand reporting requirements and provide actionable insights.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in talent data and present findings in a clear and compelling way.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in data analytics within HR, talent, or people development contexts.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (Power Query) and Power BI.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills; able to present complex data in a simple, actionable way.
• Experience with Power Automate and/or Copilot Studio Lite is a plus.
