Taleo's success depends on the talent of its employees, therefore we are looking for an enthusiastic Business Analyst – Fund Distribution:

• Act as the interface between the Fund Distribution business teams and IT teams to ensure that technological solutions effectively support fund distribution processes, including retrocession management, commission calculation, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for IT development teams.
• Ensure mastery of key fund distribution processes such as trailer fee management, commission calculation, order and transaction management.
• Participate in the design, testing, and deployment of IT systems related to fund distribution.
• Ensure efficient communication and mutual understanding between business users and technical teams.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate the resolution of identified issues.
• Monitor and analyze system performance and suggest improvements when needed.
• Provide functional support and user training on fund distribution systems.
• Stay informed on regulatory developments and industry trends impacting fund distribution technologies.

How do we imagine our future Business Analyst – Fund Distribution?

• At least 8 years of experience in fund distribution, ideally within a fund platform or asset management company.
• Strong expertise with fund data providers, and with automated commission calculation tools.
• Solid knowledge of fund distribution platforms and of fund data management systems.
• Good understanding of fund distribution regulations including MiFID II, UCITS, AIFMD, FATCA, and CRS.
• Experience managing multiple and complex stakeholders, leading workshops and validation sessions, and summarizing discussions effectively.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate closely with developers, business, and operations teams to ensure system functionality meets business needs.
• Certification in functional analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or Agile/Scrum methodologies is an asset.
• Fluency in French and English.
