Yardi Voyager / IA Business Analyst

MTM Partners is an independent management consulting firm located in Luxembourg.

We are seeking a Yardi Voyager / IA Business Analyst who will play a key role in supporting the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing maintenance of the Yardi Investment Accounting (IA) platform.

This role requires a strong understanding of real estate investment accounting processes, system configuration, and data management.

The successful candidate will act as a bridge between business users, operations, and technical teams to ensure effective delivery of Yardi-related initiatives and continuous improvement of the platform.

Your role

• Design and document business processes and requirements, identify gaps, and co-design system and process improvements.
• Support data flows, integrations, and system configuration.
• Assist with report development and analytics.
• Perform data mapping (Chart of Accounts, Property mapping, etc.)
• Conduct SIT and support UAT.
• Manage implementation, and post-implementation support for new features and automations.
• Support and maintain Yardi Investment Accounting functionalities, coordinating with vendors and internal teams.
• Oversee production support, defect resolution, and daily Yardi platform operations.
• Support data and system migrations, parallel runs, and go-live transitions.
• Continuously enhance processes to strengthen controls, promote automation, and improve efficiency.
• Maintain process documentation, configuration records, and training materials.
• Collaborate with Yardi Implementation and Operations teams throughout project lifecycles.
  
  

Your Skills

• Strong understanding of real estate investment and accounting principles.
• Proven experience with Yardi Voyager and Yardi Investment Accounting (IA) modules.
• Experience implementing and configuring large-scale Yardi Investment Accounting systems.
• Hands-on experience supporting Yardi IA modules in production environments.
• Familiarity with Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) processes and data integration workflows.
• Demonstrated experience in Chart of Accounts mapping and data migration from source systems to Yardi Voyager.
• Participation in Yardi data migration and Investment Accounting implementation projects.
• Ability to write SQL queries and develop Yardi Standard Reports (YSR).
• Experience using Yardi Voyager to troubleshoot helpdesk tickets and resolve user issues.
• Experience delivering end-user training on Yardi IA functionalities.
• Experience with Yardi Loan Module (including Debt Manager) and Yardi Commercial Module is considered an asset.
• Knowledge of change delivery and agile practices, including the use of tools such as Jira for task management.
• Fluent in English
