Java Developer

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Java Developer (8–10 years) to design, develop, and deploy scalable applications on cloud-based infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Azure-based development, Kubernetes (preferably AKS), and Azure DevOps pipelines, along with advanced Java skills.

This role involves end-to-end development, DevOps integration, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Application Development:
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java applications.
• Build cloud-native solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure services and Kubernetes clusters.
• Cloud & Containerization:
• Work extensively with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) or other Kubernetes platforms.
• Manage containerized deployments, orchestration, and monitoring.
• DevOps & CI/CD:
• Develop and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Automate builds, testing, deployments, and release processes.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with architecture, product, QA, and operations teams.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and reviews.
• Performance & Optimization:
• Debug and resolve complex issues in production and non-production environments.
• Optimize code and deployments for performance and scalability.
• Best Practices & Security:
• Follow coding best practices, security standards, and architectural guidelines.
• Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8–10 years of experience in Java development (Core Java and Advanced Java concepts).
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
• Proficiency with Kubernetes — preferably Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), but experience with other platforms is acceptable.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps pipeline creation and management.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD practices and agile methodologies.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
