Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain back-end microservices (mainly in Python or Go) on Kubernetes clusters within AWS.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best development practices.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery and reduce time-to-market.
• Ensure reliability and performance through unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Collaborate with architects and cross-functional teams to design scalable and secure software solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to observability and monitoring using tools such as Grafana or Opensearch.
• Integrate security practices into the development lifecycle, including vulnerability and secret scanning.

Requirements

• +5 years of experience in Python, Go, Java, or C# with a strong focus on microservices and cloud architectures.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and SQL for database design and optimization.
• Knowledge of ORM tools such as GORM or Atlas.
• Solid hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in Git and GitHub, including CI/CD workflows.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as ViTest, Ginkgo, or Playwright.
• Familiarity with TypeScript and Vue.js or similar frameworks is a plus.
• Desirable knowledge of Lua scripting, Kong or NGINX Lua Resty for API gateways.
• Experience with RabbitMQ or other message brokers and event-driven architectures.
• Understanding of HashiCorp Vault for secure secrets management.
• Previous experience in Agile and DevOps environments (“you build it, you run it”).
• Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Location: 100% Remote

Schedule: Flexible, with reduced hours on Fridays
