We are seeking a commercially driven, senior executive to take on the role of Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). This is a hands-on leadership position, responsible for defining and executing the company’s go-to-market strategy as well as developing key relationships and offering enterprise–grade DLT solutions.


The CCO will serve as a key member of the executive team, ensuring the commercial strategy is aligned with the wider technical, legal, and operational roadmap, and that business outcomes are clear, measurable, and grounded in long-term value creation.

Its mission is to develop enterprise-grade solutions that deliver real-world value and utility to corporations, governments, and institutions.


The company is the ecosystem’s primary go-to-market and monetisation arm.


Key responsibilities:

  • Define and lead the commercial strategy, ensuring clear monetisation pathways for products and services built on L1.
  • Establish scalable and sustainable go-to-market plans across industry verticals (e.g. ESG, digital identity, finance, supply chain, and public sector).
  • Build and manage a high-performing commercial team, including business development, partnerships, and sales/marketing functions as needed.
  • Cultivate strategic relationships with enterprises, institutions, government bodies, and ecosystem partners.
  • Own and drive revenue generation models, working with legal, compliance, and token-economics advisors to align with the broader L1 ecosystem.
  • Contribute to branding and positioning strategy in coordination with the marketing lead.
  • Represent the company externally at events, conferences, and strategic meetings; act as a senior face of the organisation.


Who you are:

  • 10+ years of experience in commercial leadership roles, ideally with a background in emerging technologies (blockchain, enterprise SaaS, fintech, or infrastructure).
  • Strong experience building and executing go-to-market strategies in complex, cross-border environments.
  • Proven ability to develop monetisation strategies for new product categories or ecosystems.
  • Executive presence and experience working directly with CEOs, founders, or boards.
  • Deep understanding of the blockchain/Web3 space is strongly preferred; ability to translate technical benefits into commercial narratives is essential.
  • High degree of stakeholder maturity — able to navigate alignment across internal teams, external partners, and ecosystem players without unnecessary politics.
