The Information Security Officer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the company’s information security strategy. This role ensures the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets across a fully Azure-based IT landscape, a mix of internally developed and SaaS applications, and a modern workplace environment built on Windows laptops and Microsoft Office 365.
The role will work closely with IT, Compliance, Legal, Risk, and business stakeholders to ensure that security measures support both regulatory requirements and business objectives.
The role requires a hands-on attitude and good technical background in the Security, especially Microsoft, technologies.

To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and attributes:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in information security.
- Strong experience with Azure security, Windows environments, and Microsoft 365 security features.
- Familiarity with SaaS security, Microsoft Zero Trust, DevSecOps, and secure software development lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of information security principles, frameworks, and standards (ISO 27001, NIST CSF).
- Experience in security risk assessment and incident response.
- Ability to communicate complex security topics to non-technical stakeholders.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver.
- Relevant certifications are a plus (CISSP, CISM, CISA, AZ-500, CCSP).
