Full-timeConsulting, Project Management +1

As an Agile Coach, you turn transformation into tangible results. You work directly with teams and leaders to embed agile ways of working, measure progress, and build lasting change. Your focus is on outcomes — not frameworks — helping teams connect learning to measurable improvement in delivery, collaboration, and customer value.

What You Will Do:

Embed agility into practice

Work with teams through coaching and training to apply and reinforce agile values, principles, and practices in their daily work — ensuring they go beyond training and turn learning into sustainable habits.

Bridge business and technology

Use your technical understanding to connect strategic goals with practical implementation. You help teams translate business objectives into effective, value-driven delivery.

Coach for measurable outcomes and visible impact

Work with teams and leaders to set clear goals, track progress, and show measurable improvements in performance, collaboration, and delivery.

Advance capabilities and maturity

Once foundational practices are established, help teams deepen their skills — improving cross-functional collaboration, decision-making, and alignment between product and technology.

Collaborate across roles and functions

Work closely with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, Change Leads, and other Agile Coaches to ensure a consistent, integrated approach to transformation.

Contribute to the coaching community

Share learnings, insights, and tools with fellow coaches. Strengthen collective practices and raise the overall level of agility across the organization.
