We are looking for an Automation Tester & Scrum Master for a global company in Gothenburg.

Start is in November 2025, 1 year's contract to begin with, possibility of extension after that.

About:

The company has a stable Agile Way of Working (WoW) process in place, with 80% of test cases already automated. We’re looking for a motivated Automation Tester who can also take on Scrum Master responsibilities within the team.

Role Overview:

This role combines approximately 70% test automation work with 30% Scrum Master duties, ideal for someone who enjoys both hands-on technical testing and team facilitation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain automated using C# .NET
• Perform manual testing using simulators and hardware setups
• Lead item testing, integration testing, and system testing efforts
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.)
• Collaborate closely with Product Owner and team members to ensure sprint goals are met
• Take ownership of sprint backlog items and contribute actively to the stable Agile team
• Support continuous improvement of Agile processes and team collaboration

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years experience in automation testing with C# .NET
• Hands-on experience with both automated and manual testing
• Basic Scrum Master experience
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and ceremonies
• Good communication and collaboration skills

This is a full-time consultant position through Incluso in Gothenburg. Start is in November 2025, 1 year's contract to begin with, possibility of extension after that.
