We are Octopus, a fast-growing digital signage and IoT solutions company based in Gebze, Turkey. We are looking for a Senior Front-End Developer to join our team and help us build modern, scalable, and performant web applications.

As a Senior Front-End Developer, you will play a critical role in the development of our core platforms using Next.js, React, and TypeScript. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality user experiences in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain front-end applications using Next.js, React, and TypeScript
• Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, responsive code
• Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and services
• Lead and mentor junior developers, provide code reviews and guidance
• Take ownership of projects and deliver features end-to-end

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in front-end development
• Strong expertise in Next.js, React, and TypeScript
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• Experience with SSR, static site generation, and API integration
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies

Nice to Have

• Experience with Tailwind CSS or other modern styling frameworks
• Familiarity with Node.js or backend architecture
• Understanding of accessibility and web performance optimization
• Interest in digital signage or IoT technologies
