In this role, you will work on high-impact projects that directly enhance the customer experience across a SaaS platform. You'll own full-stack development initiatives, addressing urgent issues while also delivering long-term improvements that drive measurable gains in customer satisfaction. Collaborating closely with Product, Support, and other teams, you'll identify pain points, implement solutions, and automate workflows to reduce friction. This role offers a dynamic environment where self-starters can take ownership of problems and deliver solutions that affect users globally. Accountabilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack features using PHP and React to enhance customer-facing experiences
- Deliver rapid, high-quality fixes for urgent platform issues
- Lead initiatives including platform localization, design system migration, and customizable notifications
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Support, and other teams to identify and resolve friction points
- Automate workflows to empower users and reduce support workload
- Contribute to technical discussions and advocate for engineering best practices across the team
- 3-5+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering, ideally within SaaS or scale-up environments
- Strong proficiency in PHP and React, with experience across frontend, backend, and integrations
- Proven ability to debug complex issues and implement pragmatic, customer-focused solutions
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a bias toward action in fast-paced and varied contexts
- Strong collaboration and communication skills in English (C1 or above)
- Comfortable taking ownership of projects end-to-end and driving solutions across multiple domains
