About the location:
Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor, perched on the spectacular Formentor Peninsula and surrounded by panoramic views of the Mediterranean and the stunning landscape, first opened its doors in August 2024 following an extensive restoration and renovation of the historic property, originally inaugurated in 1929 on a vast private estate. After its successful debut, the resort will reopen to guests in March 2025, reaffirming its status as a unique destination of luxury and elegance on the island.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Employee Manager in overseeing staff operations and ensuring a positive work environment.
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and onboarding of new employees.
- Address employee inquiries and concerns, fostering effective communication within the team.
- Help implement employee engagement initiatives and training programs.
- Monitor staff performance and assist in conducting evaluations to enhance team productivity.
- Realized Staff house inspections guarantying the rules of it.
- Oversee the internal communications with staff via Viva Engage, Teams, Boards, TV´s, emails, etc.
- Strong interpersonal skills: Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with employees at all levels, ensuring a positive work environment.
- HR and administrative experience: A background in human resources or employee relations, with knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
- Conflict resolution abilities: Capable of handling employee concerns or disputes, mediating conflicts, and providing solutions to maintain workplace harmony.
- Organizational skills: Strong ability to manage employee records, scheduling, and other administrative tasks, ensuring smooth HR operations.
- Confidentiality and discretion: High ethical standards and respect for employee privacy, especially when dealing with sensitive HR issues.
- Team leadership and support: Experience in supporting HR teams or working closely with management to implement employee-related initiatives.
- Employee engagement focus: Passion for improving employee satisfaction and engagement through wellness programs, professional development, and recognition initiatives.
- Problem-solving mindset: Ability to assess and address employee issues promptly and professionally, offering solutions that benefit both employees and the organization.
- Training and development experience: Knowledge of or experience in helping plan and execute employee training programs, fostering growth and development.
- Adaptability and flexibility: Ability to manage changing priorities, employee concerns, and HR needs in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
