We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Expert to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of application development security, SAST and secure coding, cryptography and secret management, DevSecOps standards, security features, access management and general cybersecurity. This role involves participating in the design and management of security principles in cloud and on-prem (preferably [dot]NET) environments to ensure the highest level of protection for our organization's data and systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a strong security posture during application development by always keeping security in mind. Act as a technical resource when remediating issues identified through penetration testing (pentest), SAST, or other means. Advocate for cybersecurity requirements and provide assistance with technical solutions when necessary
• Lead the development and implementation of robust security architectures that adhere to industry best practices and regulatory requirements
• Support development teams during their implementations, ensuring alignment and consistency across all teams
• Facilitate compliance with DevSecOps standards by overseeing the integration of robust security measures into the CI/CD pipeline
• Collaborate closely with IT, development, and operations teams to ensure that security is incorporated into every aspect of the organization's infrastructure
• Establish and maintain protocols for security monitoring, incident response, and disaster recovery
• Stay informed about emerging security trends, technologies, and threats, while continuously improving the organization's overall security posture

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Cybersecurity Expert and/or Security Architect, with a proven background in designing and implementing security principles
• In-depth knowledge of security features and services, as well as Infrastructure and Network security
• Strong understanding of DevSecOps practices and the integration of security into CI/CD pipelines
• Relevant certifications, such as AWS Certified Security Specialty, Azure Security Engineer Associate, or equivalent
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex security issues and develop effective solutions
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• English level of minimum B2 (Upper-Intermediate) for effective communication

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Information Technology or a related field
• CISSP and CISM certifications
• Additional certifications in Cloud Security or DevSecOps
