Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution:
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and milestones.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective execution.
- Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress.
- Resolve conflicts and ensure alignment across departments.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Proactively address challenges and roadblocks to ensure project continuity.
- Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Track progress against project goals and KPIs.
- Prepare and deliver project status reports, including executive summaries for senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment for pharma customer and preferably MES project delivery
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello).
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industry.
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
