Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within budget while aligning with strategic objectives. You will lead cross-functional teams and ensure effective communication, risk management, and achievement of project goals.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution:

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and milestones.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective execution.
  
  

Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress.
• Resolve conflicts and ensure alignment across departments.
  
  

Risk Management & Problem Solving

• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Proactively address challenges and roadblocks to ensure project continuity.
• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
  
  

Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Track progress against project goals and KPIs.
• Prepare and deliver project status reports, including executive summaries for senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  
  

Essential

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment for pharma customer and preferably MES project delivery
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  
  

Preferred

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industry.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
