Join our small and fun tech team building Web3 for public good. You'll work on client projects AND our own products that actually matter. From blockchain voting systems to platforms that revolutionize charity, you'll be coding stuff that make the world a little better.

What you'll do:

* Own the full stack — APIs, UIs, infra, and everything in between

* Design and manage scalable databases (Postgres, Mongo, or whatever gets the job done)

* Set up CI/CD pipelines and make DevOps smooth like butter 🥐

* Keep our systems alive, fast, and secure

* Collaborate directly with the CTO

* Ship code that creates real social impact

You are:

* Experienced in frontend (Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind…)

* Solid in backend tech (Node, NestJS, or similar)

* Curious about Web3 and blockchain

* MUST care about code quality ✨

* Self-directed and collaborative

* Excited about building for social good

You are also:

* Experienced with database design, indexing, backups, migrations

* Excellent with git and GitHub

* Familiar with Docker, GitHub Actions, and cloud (we're flexible — AWS, GCP, etc.)

* Comfortable in messy startup environments (you won't be handed specs on a silver plate)

* Basic understanding of blockchain/Web3 (we'll teach you more)

* A builder at heart — curious, independent, and impact-driven

* GOOD communication skills 🙂

All roles are fully remote 🌍. We run everything through Notion and love async work, but we're early stage so expect some good old-fashioned video calls too.
