We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our Product Team, supporting both the FXTM and Alpari brand portfolios. This role requires a passionate product leader who can balance customer‑centric innovation with commercial execution. You will work in a fast‑paced environment operating across engineering, data science, design, and marketing, to deliver customer‑loved experiences while ensuring that the product offering is both scalable and commercially fit for purpose.
Key Responsibilities
Discovery & Strategy: Develop a deep understanding of customer and partner needs, market dynamics, and competitor offerings to inform product vision and strategy. Continuously identify gaps, generate new ideas, and validate concepts through data and research.
Execution & Delivery: Translate product strategy into actionable roadmaps and requirements, partnering with engineering to deliver high‑quality products efficiently, while balancing innovation with short‑term business priorities.
Metrics & Reporting: Define, monitor, and improve success metrics (e.g. adoption, engagement, revenue impact). Provide clear reporting on product performance and ROI to stakeholders, ensuring visibility and accountability.
Stakeholder Alignment: Create buy‑in for product vision across internal teams and key external partners. Adjust communication style as needed - from C‑suite discussions to structured reporting for operational teams.
Product Launch & GTM: Drive end‑to‑end launches in collaboration with marketing, customer operations, compliance, and other teams, ensuring products meet both regulatory standards and customer expectations.
Product Evangelism: Champion product offerings internally and externally, building awareness and alignment within the organization.
Delivery Discipline: Balance new feature discovery with maintaining product performance, operational reporting, and support for internal stakeholders where necessary.
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Essential:
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2C firm (within complex, technology‑driven domains (ideally trading, fintech, or B2C marketplaces).
- Understands the challenges of delivering end-to-end solutions for a global FX/CFD brokerage (or other highly regulated entity) operating under multiple regulatory jurisdictions
- Proven ability to deliver customer impact at scale while meeting commercial and regulatory needs.
- Data‑driven mindset with comfort switching between detailed analysis, reporting, and big‑picture strategy.
- Working in partnership with 3rd party software vendors to co-create value and deliver great customer experiences
- Demonstrable experience of collaborating with engineers, data scientists, designers, and marketing to bring new products or significant new features to market
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of lean product methodology
- Effective stakeholder management to C-level
- Proficient in product analytics (previous experience with Amplitude an advantage)
- Resilient and adaptable - able to thrive in ambiguity but also disciplined in execution and operational follow‑through.
Desirable:
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a CFD Broker
- Experience working with distributed multinational team
- Experience managing proprietary trading platforms
- Have directly improved company revenues through Product Enhancements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance or Marketing
