Role: HR Operations Coordinator (UAE Nationals only)
Location: Abu Dhabi
Role Purpose:
To support the Employee Relations (ER) function by coordinating employee relations activities, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies, and maintaining a positive and productive workplace culture across the bank.
Key Accountabilities of the role:
1. Employee Relations Support:
- Act as a first point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, grievances, and workplace concerns.
- Assist in the investigation and resolution of employee complaints and disciplinary cases.
- Maintain accurate and confidential ER case records.
2. Policy and Compliance:
- Prepare reports and documentation related to employee relations cases, warnings, and investigations.
3. Engagement and Communication:
- Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement, communication, and workplace morale.
- Assist in organizing employee feedback sessions, surveys, and recognition programs.
- Maintain positive working relationships between HR, management, and staff.
4. HR Administration:
- Maintain up-to-date employee relations metrics and reports for management.
- Support exit interviews and analyze trends to reduce turnover and improve satisfaction.
- Participate in HR audits and ensure compliance documentation is complete.
- Responsible for approving the leave on the system
- Control the time attendance reports if any misused.
- Received mobility request.
- EOS Calculation.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Solid understanding of UAE Labor Law
Specialist skills / technical knowledge required for this role:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
