Location: Dubai, UAE (Onsite)

Salary Range: AED 5,000 – 7,000

Role Overview

The HR Operations Assistant will support day-to-day HR operations across UAE and KSA, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management, accurate documentation, and full compliance with local labor laws. The role requires an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual capable of handling high-volume HR tasks with professionalism and confidentiality.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Employee Lifecycle (UAE & KSA & Egypt)

  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, transfers, promotions, and exits.
  • Prepare HR documents: offer letters, NOCs, salary certificates, experience letters, etc.
  • Maintain up-to-date employee files (digital & physical).
  • Track probation periods and performance confirmation schedules.

2. Payroll & Benefits Administration

  • Compile and verify monthly payroll data: attendance, overtime, deductions, and allowances.
  • Coordinate payroll processing with Finance and ensure WPS compliance (UAE & KSA).
  • Maintain insurance data for additions, deletions, and renewals.
  • Support medical insurance card issuance and replacements.

3. Government & Compliance Coordination

  • UAE: Coordinate with PRO for MOHRE, GDRFA, and Emirates ID-related tasks.
  • KSA: Support with Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, CCHI, and Iqama renewals.
  • Track expiry dates for all employee documents (visas, IDs, passports, licenses).
  • Maintain accurate audit-ready records for all compliance activities.

4. Policy & Documentation Control

  • Maintain HR policies, handbooks, and checklists in line with UAE & KSA labor law.
  • Circulate updated policies and maintain signed acknowledgments.
  • Support internal HR audits and ensure proper documentation control.

5. Recruitment & Onboarding Support

  • Coordinate interview scheduling, documentation verification, and onboarding checklists.
  • Support education and experience verification, especially for KSA classification.
  • Prepare employee welcome kits and ensure smooth onboarding experience.

6. Attendance & Time Management

  • Validate attendance and overtime entries for both office and site staff.
  • Ensure shift rosters are properly updated and approved.

7. HR Communication & Employee Relations

  • Draft HR communications, reminders, circulars, and notices.
  • Respond professionally to employee inquiries and support positive engagement.

8. Reporting & Analytics

  • Maintain HR dashboards (headcount, turnover, leave balances, visa expiry, etc.).
  • Generate periodic HR reports and share updates with the Group HR Head.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of HR operations/admin experience (preferably in UAE & KSA).
  • Strong understanding of UAE & KSA labor law compliance.
  • Experience using HRMS/HRIS tools (Dynamics 365 preferred).
  • Excellent English communication (Arabic an advantage).
  • Strong ethics, attention to detail, and discretion in handling confidential data.
