Core Knowledge Areas

- Operating systems: Windows, Linux (log locations, commands).
- Cyber threats: malware, phishing, brute force, ransomware, etc.
- Understanding of firewalls, IDS/IPS, proxies, antivirus, endpoint security.
- Familiarity with SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar, ArcSight, Elastic).
