Senior Product Owner

As a Senior Product Owner, you will represent key stakeholders, define the product vision, and prioritize development to ensure delivery of high-value features. You’ll lead complex initiatives, align cross-location requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance and business value.

Location: Oslo or Porto.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and coordinate with local Product Owners.
• Gather, document, and prioritize business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders (legal, compliance, risk, etc.) to ensure full coverage.
• Represent the company in relevant product forums and working groups.
• Oversee product demos, client onboarding, and training.
• Manage vendor interactions and change requests.
• Support user acceptance testing and ensure successful product launch.
• Drive initiatives from planning through execution to business-as-usual.

Profile

• Proven experience as a Product Owner in agile environments, preferably in finance or tech.
• Strong commercial and strategic mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Solid project leadership and requirement definition capabilities.
• Collaborative, pragmatic, and internationally experienced.
• Fluent in English; higher education or equivalent experience required.
