About the role

We are looking for a Business Analyst Coordinator to strengthen the Sales department, reporting to the group Chief Commercial Officer. The position oversees the monitoring of the business performance worldwide with a focus on key sales growth drivers of our brands Parfums de Marly and Initio Parfums Privés. This position acts as a key business partner for Commercial, promoting best practices and providing monthly business performance analyses for efficient decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor Sell-out performance with key performance indicators analyses
• Prepare monthly performance reports
• Gather Market insights
• Data base Management of best practices, best retail design doors, competitors boutiques footprint, etc
• Help with strategic presentations
• Help prepare market visits and clients meeting
• Other ad-hoc studies (in collaboration with Commercial department)
• Collaborate with Business Analysis department to provide sell-in & sell-out qualitative information
• Set up monthly tracker to follow-up market action plans

Role - Specific Skills:

• Fluency in English, French is a plus
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, high proficiency in Microsoft Powerpoint
• Analytical skills, problem-solving approach, ability to deal with large amount of data and develop condensed insights/conclusions
• Attention to details while having the ability to step back and look at the bigger picture
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a complex, time sensitive and fast-paced work environment
• Entrepreneurial drive, ability to take initiative and work independently
• A first experience with SAP by Design and/or data visualization tools (Power BI, Looker Studio) is a plus
• Team player, with proven ability to work with all levels of management and communicate in a concise manner.

Desired Background and Experience:

• University degree in Finance or Business required
• 3-4 years of relevant experience, ideally from a Retail Analysis of Financial background
