Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing governance frameworks and project performance tracking for active property developments.
  • Coordinate project schedules, cost tracking, and progress reports for leadership review.
  • Support procurement processes, documentation, and vendor management activities.
  • Monitor project delivery status, risks, and dependencies, escalating issues as required.
  • Prepare dashboards and updates summarizing financial and delivery performance.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment with MD Office standards and policies.
  • Assist in implementing process improvements that strengthen delivery and reporting quality.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 5–8 years of experience in project management, construction, or real estate development.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Knowledge of governance, procurement, and capital project reporting processes.
  • Experience with dashboards, data tracking, and reporting tools (PowerBI, Excel).
  • PMP or equivalent certification advantageous.
