Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing governance frameworks and project performance tracking for active property developments.

Qualifications and Experience
- 5–8 years of experience in project management, construction, or real estate development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Knowledge of governance, procurement, and capital project reporting processes.
- Experience with dashboards, data tracking, and reporting tools (PowerBI, Excel).
- PMP or equivalent certification advantageous.
