Our success is built on rapid delivery and high-quality adaptation. We are looking for an inquisitive and highly adaptable Full Stack Engineer to join our team. The Role

  • You will be responsible for : Full-Lifecycle Software Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy features across the entire application stack (frontend, backend, database) using the specific technologies and frameworks dictated by the public sector client's environment.
  • Adapt to Client Tech Stacks: Quickly onboard and become proficient in new or non-standard languages, frameworks, and deployment patterns (e.g., specific legacy systems, mandated government-only technologies) to meet project requirements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and client technical teams to translate complex public sector requirements into technical solutions and ensure seamless integration with existing client infrastructure.
  • Performance and Scalability Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks and architecture flaws across both frontend and backend to ensure applications are robust and can scale within the client's infrastructure constraints.
  • Maintain Code Quality and Security: Ensure all developed code adheres to high standards of quality, maintainability, and security compliance (relevant to the public sector), including thorough unit testing and code reviews.

Ideal Profile

  • Full Stack Proficiency: Demonstrated professional experience in developing modern web applications, encompassing both frontend (e.g., React, Angular, Vue) and backend (e.g., Node.js, Python/Django/Flask, Java/Spring) technologies.
  • Database Fluency: Solid understanding and practical experience with relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, Oracle) and/or NoSQL databases, including schema design, query optimization, and data migration.
  • Adaptability with Technologies: A portfolio or work history that clearly shows the ability to successfully transition between and work with vastly different programming languages, frameworks, and deployment tools on short notice.
  • API Development and Integration: Proven ability to design and implement robust, secure, and scalable RESTful or GraphQL APIs, and successfully integrate with third-party or existing client enterprise APIs.
  • DevOps Fundamentals (Client-Focused): Experience with standard CI/CD practices, version control (Git), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and the capability to align with client-mandated DevOps tooling and processes.
