Key Responsibilities

• Drive the global technology strategy, architecture, and execution.
• Lead distributed engineering teams across key international locations.
• Oversee mission-critical systems that power global trading operations, with an emphasis on speed, resilience, and scalability.
• Build and scale high-performing R&D teams focused on continuous innovation and excellence.
• Champion innovation across blockchain, Web3, AI, and next-generation trading technologies.
• Uphold best-in-class standards for reliability, cybersecurity, and compliance.
• Partner with product and business leaders to deliver seamless, secure user experiences.
• Foster a culture of technical excellence, agility, and global collaboration.

Requirements

• Senior technology leadership experience, ideally within crypto exchanges, digital asset platforms, or financial technology environments.
• Proven expertise in building and scaling complex, distributed systems.
• Deep technical knowledge in blockchain infrastructure, trading systems, and security frameworks.
• Strong understanding of crypto market structure, and emerging digital asset innovations.
• Strategic mindset with a balance of vision, execution, and operational precision.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire globally diverse teams.
• Business fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory.
