.NET Core Application Developer – Job Description

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications and backend APIs using .NET Core and C#.
• Collaborate with business analysts, designers, and team members to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and scalable code following best practices and design patterns.
• Conduct unit and integration testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high performance and reliability.
• Integrate application components with third-party services, APIs, and databases.
• Optimize system architecture for scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Participate in code reviews and Agile/Scrum ceremonies to support continuous improvement and quality delivery.
• Maintain technical documentation, support ongoing application enhancements, and provide technical guidance when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• Strong proficiency in .NET Core, C#, and object-oriented programming.
• Solid experience with RESTful APIs, SQL Server, and Entity Framework Core.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks (optional: Angular, React, Vue.js) and client-side programming (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent analytical, debugging, and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and version control systems (Git).
