Data Analyst

You’ll work extensively within cloud-hosted data ecosystems, collaborating across teams that include cloud engineers, developers, and policy experts. Your work will directly contribute to creating and maintaining dashboards, reports, and data documentation that empower data transparency, compliance, and efficiency. Responsibilities

• Validate, clean, and ensure the integrity of datasets hosted in cloud environments
• Analyze and interpret extensive structured datasets, including provider, member, quality, and financial data
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and enhance dashboards, reports, and visualization tools
• Translate business and reporting requirements into precise technical specifications
• Maintain robust metadata documentation, data dictionaries, and governance standards
• Identify trends, anomalies, and potential data inconsistencies, ensuring timely resolution
• Support recurring and ad-hoc reporting needs, including compliance-driven submissions

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a related analytical capacity
• Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or similar)
• Hands-on experience with large datasets in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Proficiency with visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
• Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance — particularly for PHI/PII data
• Exceptional attention to detail and thorough documentation practices
