Responsibilities
- Validate, clean, and ensure the integrity of datasets hosted in cloud environments
- Analyze and interpret extensive structured datasets, including provider, member, quality, and financial data
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and enhance dashboards, reports, and visualization tools
- Translate business and reporting requirements into precise technical specifications
- Maintain robust metadata documentation, data dictionaries, and governance standards
- Identify trends, anomalies, and potential data inconsistencies, ensuring timely resolution
- Support recurring and ad-hoc reporting needs, including compliance-driven submissions
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a related analytical capacity
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or similar)
- Hands-on experience with large datasets in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Proficiency with visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
- Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance — particularly for PHI/PII data
- Exceptional attention to detail and thorough documentation practices
