At Provectus, we design and build AI-driven products that empower businesses and people. We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who can think strategically, design with craft, and thrive in an environment where technology, data, and design intersect.
What you’ll do:

- Lead the end-to-end design process across mobile and web platforms — from discovery and ideation to high-fidelity design and handoff
- Use AI-powered design tools to accelerate workflows and improve quality and consistency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams — product managers, engineers, and AI specialists — to craft solutions that are both human-centered and technically feasible
- Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to align teams and stakeholders around shared goals
- Drive clarity through ambiguity, helping your team navigate complex problem spaces and shape direction with confidence
- Deliver pixel-perfect interfaces and seamless user experiences, maintaining a high visual and interaction design standard
- Communicate design decisions effectively and ensure stakeholder alignment on the product vision and priorities
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer or equivalent role
- A strong portfolio showcasing craft, systems thinking, and end-to-end product impact
- Proven track record working in cross-functional teams in fast-paced, collaborative settings
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Passion for exploring how AI can enhance both the design process and the user experience
- Experience designing AI-powered user experiences or integrating AI features into products
- Experience mentoring other designers and fostering a collaborative, learning-oriented environment
