Role Overview
- Title: ICT Governance Manager
- Level: Middle
- Team: CIO Office, operating across 4 Directors and 10 Heads of Departments
- Reports To: Chief Information Officer (CIO)
- Purpose: To drive IT & Security Governance processes, facilitate engaging governance and large-scale online meetings, and support the CIO Office in ensuring smooth coordination and communication across the technology division.
- [R1] Coordination of IT management processes for a large technical provider, including preparation of governance bodies meeting agenda, monitoring of decision execution, and preparation of official documents, policies, and procedures.
- [R2] Maintain the central ICT governance document repository (Google Drive) , ensuring 100% compliance with version control and documentation standards.
- [R3] Track the mandatory annual review cycle for all governance documents, ensuring 100% of frameworks and policies are reviewed before their deadlines.
- [R4] Compile and present reports for the CIO and CEO summarizing Technology Executive Committee outcomes, identified risks, and key performance indicators.
- [R5] Facilitate large-scale online meetings (e.g., all-hands) using Miro, Mentimeter, and AI collaboration tools to ensure ≥90% of sessions conclude with documented outcomes.
- [R6] Coordinate CIO Office projects that require cross-departmental coordination, information gathering, and workflow automation using AI tools.
- [R7] Support the CIO by managing the Jira projects, preparing briefing documents, and coordinating follow-up actions across departments, control the decision logs, monitor KPI/OKR, etc.
- [Q1] 2+ years of experience in a role requiring exceptional organisational and administrative skills, such as Project Coordinator, Administrative Manager, IT Governance Manager in a technology/financial services company.
- [Q2] Foundational knowledge of IT Governance frameworks (e.g., ITIL or COBIT or ISO 27001 or DORA).
- [Q3] Demonstrated high attention to detail in formal documentation (e.g., meeting protocols, reports).
- [Q4] Proven track record of facilitating at large-scale (50+ participant) online meetings annually using interactive tools like Miro or Mentimeter.
- [Q5] Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace and Atlassian stack (Confluence, Jira) for documentation, tracking, and reporting.
- [Q6] Daily, hands-on use of GenAI productivity tools (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude) for summarization, documentation, and workflow automation.
- [Q7] C1 or higher proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive-level interaction.
- [N1] Direct experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant to a Director-level (or higher) executive, managing complex schedules and confidential information.
- [N2] Prior experience working within a fintech or regulated financial services environment.
- [N3] Exposure to governance processes related to cybersecurity, compliance (e.g., GDPR, PSD2), or data protection.
- [N4] Professional certifications in ITIL, ISO 27001, COBIT, or similar (completed or in progress).
- [W1] Employment Type: B2B Contract (long-term).
- [W2] Location: Fully Remote (candidates must be located within European time zones, CET ±3 hours).
- [W3] Core Hours: Flexible, with required overlap during core business hours (CET/EET).
- [W4] Compensation: Range to be discussed during the interview process.
