We are currently seeking a Project Manager to oversee the regional coordination for the implementation of master data as business identities in integrations for medical services and healthcare reporting.

Background

Region Stockholm is in the process of implementing master data management within the organization. The successful implementation of master data management is crucial for the digitalization efforts within Region Stockholm. The Master Data Program, scheduled to run from 2018 to 2025, is aimed at realizing this goal. We are seeking an individual to collaborate with healthcare providers and suppliers of medical services to establish a synchronized regional plan for the implementation of master data as business identities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop a regional common plan for implementing master data as business identities in healthcare reporting systems and integrations for medical services.
  • Organize and synchronize the plan, taking into account dependencies between various systems and integrations, while ensuring patient safety is not compromised.
  • Work closely with ongoing NVID projects at the Health and Medical Services Administration, healthcare providers, and suppliers of medical services to align the regional common plan.
  • Map all integrations for medical services and healthcare reporting systems as a foundation for the regional common plan.
  • Collaborate and communicate at all levels within the region to ensure proper awareness, information dissemination, resource planning, and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead the project in accordance with Region Stockholm's project methodologies and procedures.
  • Ensure timely delivery of all assigned projects and product maintenance within the agreed scope and budget, meeting the required quality standards.
  • Plan for the handover to operations of both the information structure and technical solutions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Relevant education.
  • Experience with project work and leading complex development projects with many dependencies.
  • Knowledge of the data needed within the healthcare system in Region Stockholm.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience with healthcare reporting.
  • Experience with integrations for medical services.
  • Experience in project management within the public sector.
  • Knowledge and competence in information management, system development in Java, and integration development.
