- 1-4 years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role in a tech-driven environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design projects and end-to-end design process.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and detailed design specifications.
- Ability to balance aesthetics with usability and functionality.
- Strong communication skills to present design concepts and rationale effectively.
- Experience working in agile product development environments is a plus.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript) is an advantage but not mandatory.
