Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define product requirements, user flows, and interaction models.
Conduct user research, interviews, and usability tests to gather insights and validate design decisions.
Translate ideas and feedback into wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes.
Design intuitive interfaces that enhance user experience and align with brand guidelines.
Create and maintain design systems, UI components, and style guides for consistency and scalability.
Work closely with developers to ensure accurate design implementation.
Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and changing business needs.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design quality.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
1-4 years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role in a tech-driven environment.
Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design projects and end-to-end design process.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual hierarchy.
Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and detailed design specifications.
Ability to balance aesthetics with usability and functionality.
Strong communication skills to present design concepts and rationale effectively.
Experience working in agile product development environments is a plus.
Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript) is an advantage but not mandatory.
