- Conduct thorough business assessment to analyze and understand the current state of systems and processes. ;
- Identify process transformation opportunities, design, and propose solutions that meet business requirements and improve ;Cx, efficiencies, effectiveness, Revenue etc.
- Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and milestones, while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Must have minimum 3 years’ experience as Project Manager. Insurance Life and Annuity domain experience is preferred
- Must ;have understanding of ;Robotics projects, must be aware with the RPA capabilities available in the market
- Work closely with supporting teams (RPA, Analytics or Relevant solution) to ensure the technical feasibility of solutions.
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and present detailed reports to stakeholders, utilizing tools such as Excel, PowerPoints etc.
- Well versed with Cost Benefit Analysis and Benefit quantification. ;
- Should have led/mentored Lean Six Sigma project.
- Can utilize project management tools (e.g., Asana- preferred) to track progress and report on project status. ;
- Act as a change management agent to ensure successful implementation of solutions
- Maintain awareness of new and emerging solutions and the potential application on operations ;
- Drive enterprise adoption of these tools/techniques by internal and client showcasing and articulating the business case and value proposition ;
- Ability to effectively communication with internal and external stakeholder on a periodic basis (written & verbal) ;
