UX / UI Designer (Figma) - £28,000–£32,000 - Alderley Edge - Hybrid
We’re looking for a talented UX / UI Designer to join a leading UK fintech company based in Alderley Edge. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a fast-growing, innovative business that genuinely invests in its people.

Background:
My client is a leading financial wellbeing, retirement and workplace savings specialist - helping employees to improve their financial future.
This is achieved by providing support in the workplace on a range of financial matters from financial wellbeing issues such as debt and money management through to pensions and preparing for retirement.
My client also specialise in delivering projects to support employees through pension changes
including new scheme introduction, fund changes or defined benefit scheme closures, as well as redundancy, share scheme launch and maturity and so much more.
Key Skills:
- UX / UI Design

- Wire-framing & Prototyping
- User Research
- Conversion Rate Optimisation (advantageous)
Essential Experience:
• High proficiency in latest design and UX software as required.
• Thoroughly understand web architecture, best practice, user-centred design principles, accessibility requirements, responsive design and methodologies.
• A strong understanding of user research, behaviours and testing.
• Adept at designing complex UX user journeys, ranging from large financial services organisations to sketching ideas on paper
• Demonstrate a good technical level of digital design competency.
• Have excellent communication skills, and know how to express your work clearly to obtain buy-in, whilst showing the art of the possible when necessary
• Collaborative problem solving in order to generate ideas and solutions
