Cyber Security Analyst (OT SECURITY) | Warwick / Wokingham | Hybrid Role

We’re looking for an experienced OT Security Engineer to join our team and play a key role in implementing and enhancing Operational Technology (OT) security across multiple sites. Location: Warwick / Wokingham

Experience Level: 3–5 years

Client: Global information technology services company that helps enterprises with digital transformation, engineering, IT consulting, and related services.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement OT security controls across OT systems for ongoing and new projects.
• Support the development of security requirements, architectures, and designs for complex OT environments.
• Contribute to the operation of the Information Security Management System (ISMS), including risk analyses, audits, and effectiveness checks.
• Provide operational support, including troubleshooting and remote management.
• Translate security requirements into clear processes, technical documentation, and work instructions.
• Ensure high standards of process safety and safe systems of work.

Skills & Experience

Must Have:

• Strong understanding of Operational Technology (OT) Security.
• Solid networking knowledge, including LAN infrastructure, topologies, and supporting network equipment.
• Hands-on experience with networking products such as Wireless Controllers and SDN (Software Defined Networking).
• Practical experience with security technologies including:
• Firewalls
• SIEM (Security Information and Event Management)
• IDS/IPS (Intrusion Detection/Prevention Systems)
• Endpoint Protection
• Access Control Systems
