Network Engineer – Enterprise MSP | Network & Security

Location: Hybrid – 2 days a week in London or Buckinghamshire + client sites as required

Our client — a high-performing Managed Service Provider (MSP) supporting Enterprise customers across the UK — is looking for a skilled Network Engineer with a passion for Network Security and Firewalls (Palo Alto preferred).

You’ll work on enterprise-scale projects, tackling both deployments and escalated support, with access to cutting-edge tech, complex challenges, and some of the best training in the industry.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deploy and support enterprise network and firewall solutions.
• Act as an escalation point for complex network/security incidents.
• Deliver implementation and migration projects across enterprise environments.
• Work closely with architecture and service delivery teams to ensure excellence in delivery.
• Maintain detailed documentation and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

• Cisco experienced (CCNP/CCIE level)
• Proven network engineering experience in an MSP or large enterprise setting.
• Strong knowledge of firewalls, routing, switching, and VPN technologies.
• Palo Alto experience (PCNSA or PCNSE desirable).
• Broader exposure to Cisco, Fortinet, or Check Point a plus.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and a proactive, customer-first attitude.
• Happy to travel to London or Buckinghamshire 2 days per week and to client sites as needed.
