Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Consultant – Data & Analytics to join our team. In this role, you will partner with clients to understand business needs, translate them into analytics solutions, and deliver impactful insights. You will work with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven strategies and optimize business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand business challenges and translate them into analytical requirements.
• Design, develop, and implement data models, dashboards, and reports to deliver actionable insights.
• Perform data analysis and visualization using tools such as SQL, Python, R, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within complex datasets to support decision-making.
• Support the development of business cases and data-driven strategies.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance standards are maintained.
• Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of experience in data analytics, consulting, or business intelligence.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with analytics/BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau...).
• Hands-on experience with Python, R, or other analytical programming languages is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
