Role Overview:

In this role, you will partner with clients to understand business needs, translate them into analytics solutions, and deliver impactful insights. You will work with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven strategies and optimize business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand business challenges and translate them into analytical requirements.
- Design, develop, and implement data models, dashboards, and reports to deliver actionable insights.
- Perform data analysis and visualization using tools such as SQL, Python, R, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within complex datasets to support decision-making.
- Support the development of business cases and data-driven strategies.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance standards are maintained.
- Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- 2–5 years of experience in data analytics, consulting, or business intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with analytics/BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau...).
- Hands-on experience with Python, R, or other analytical programming languages is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
