🎯 Your Mission

Lead the technical development of Deenex AI from backend to production, building a scalable, secure architecture capable of handling real traffic.

You’ll work directly with the founding team and be responsible for taking the product from a validated MVP to full commercial launch.

Your core mission: make the product work, scale, and reach customers on time.

⚙️ What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain the platform’s backend and frontend architecture.
• Integrate and optimize communication with external APIs (OpenAI, WhatsApp Business API, mass-email providers).
• Scale infrastructure on AWS, ensuring stability, performance, and security.
• Implement testing, CI/CD, and monitoring processes to ensure reliable releases.
• Build and enhance internal AI models together with the product team.
• Actively participate in roadmap definition, technical decisions, and feature prioritization.
• Turn the validated MVP into a stable, scalable, and market-ready product.

🧩 What We’re Looking For

Someone who combines technical leadership with an entrepreneurial mindset who understands that it’s not just about writing code, but about shipping real product.

Must-have skills:

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Engineer (Node.js + React).
• Strong experience in Python (AI models, automation, data pipelines).
• Hands-on experience integrating or building with OpenAI API or other LLMs.
• Proven experience with AWS infrastructure (deployment, scalability, security).
• Deep understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Advanced English (B2/C1 or native level).
• Ability to work fully focused on objectives and deliverables.

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience building or training custom AI models.
• Background in SaaS B2B products or high-volume data platforms.
• Founder-like mindset (ownership, accountability, execution).
• Passion for building technology that’s both practical and elegant.

A conversation about your experience, seniority, tech stack, and career goals to assess if you’re the right fit to lead product development.

2️⃣ Second meeting with Co-Founder:

We’ll walk you through the project, the current team, and the global vision for Deenex AI, and present our collaboration proposal and participation model.

3️⃣ Technical interview with the CTO:

We’ll evaluate your technical approach, problem-solving, architectural thinking, and how you’d contribute to product and infrastructure evolution.

4️⃣ Meeting with the CEO:

A strategic conversation about vision, purpose, and alignment of values, where you’ll gain a clear understanding of where the company is heading and how your role fits in.

5️⃣ Final decision & feedback meeting:

A wrap-up session to share conclusions, exchange feedback, and define next steps transparently.

6️⃣ Onboarding:

Official integration into the team. We’ll review the technical roadmap, set your initial objectives, and connect you to our tools and communication channels.
