ShiftRx is a platform designed to address the healthcare staffing shortage. We connect verified healthcare providers with facilities in need of coverage for PRN (as-needed) shifts and short-term contracts. The company is well-funded, growing quickly, and at an exciting inflection point.

About the Role

As a FullStack Engineer at ShiftRx, you won’t just be shipping code, you’ll be owning the technical direction of critical features, collaborating closely with stakeholders across the business, and driving high-impact outcomes. This is a role with room to grow into leadership as the company scales.

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of core product initiatives, from architecture to delivery.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of full-stack web and mobile applications.
• Uphold technical excellence through thoughtful design, code reviews, and testing.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and other teams to shape requirements and deliver features.
• Balance multiple projects, adapting quickly to the evolving needs of our high-growth environment.

Qualifications:

• A proven track record in full-stack development, ideally in startup or fast-moving environments.
• Mastery of both front-end and back-end technologies.
• Strong communication skills for working across product, design, and business functions.
• Ability to operate independently, while also excelling in collaborative team settings.
• Adaptability and resilience in rapidly changing contexts.
• Strong sense of responsibility and accountability for outcomes, not just outputs.
• Fluent English (B2 and up).
• Must be funny
