This is a fully remote position where you'll play a key role in shaping scalable, high-performance, and user-friendly web applications. You'll work with modern technologies such as React, TypeScript, and Redux to design and build intuitive interfaces that enhance customer experience. As part of a global, fast-growing SaaS company, you'll collaborate closely with design, product, and backend teams, contribute to a shared design system, and mentor junior engineers. Accountabilities
- Design and develop high-quality, scalable UI components and features using React, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks
- Implement responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces aligned with product requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams β including product, design, and backend β to deliver seamless end-to-end experiences
- Build and maintain reusable components and contribute to evolving the company's design system
- Optimize frontend performance and ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility
- Write and maintain comprehensive tests (unit, integration, and end-to-end) to guarantee stability and reliability
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards
- Mentor and support junior developers, fostering growth and technical excellence
- Continuously identify and drive technical improvements within frontend systems and workflows
- Minimum 6 years of experience in SaaS software development
- Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Proficiency in state management tools (e.g., Redux, Context API)
- Proven experience developing scalable, maintainable frontend architectures
- Hands-on experience with testing frameworks like Jest, Cypress, or Playwright
- Good understanding of accessibility (a11y) and web performance optimization
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs and working with backend services
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS experience is a plus)
- Strong written and spoken English (C1 level)
