Springtime Technologies is expanding and growing, and we are on the lookout for a Senior Frontend Developer (React.js) to join our engineering team.

This role will focus on building intuitive, high-performance user interfaces that power our SaaS platform and ensure a seamless experience for our global customers.

You will bring expertise in React.js and frontend best practices, helping to shape and scale our UI architecture. Working closely with backend developers, product managers, and designers, you will take ownership of turning complex requirements into user-friendly solutions.

Your Tasks

• Develop and maintain scalable, reusable, and testable React.js components and frontend architecture
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to transform requirements into elegant UI solutions
• Ensure responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, accessibility standards, and performance optimization
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to uphold code quality and consistency
• Take ownership of frontend technical issues, troubleshooting and implementing resolutions

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent professional experience in frontend development)
• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience with React.js and modern frontend stacks
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3 (SASS/LESS), and responsive design frameworks
• Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, or similar)
• Familiarity with frontend testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, etc.)
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints into frontend applications.
• Fluent in English, spoken and written
• Experience with Microfrontend architecture is a plus

The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is €3,843, as defined by the Austrian IT Collective Agreement, with the possibility of a higher offer based on experience and qualifications.
