Learning Coordinator

Location: Cracow or Warsaw - 6x per month at the office + 2 days of onboarding at the Cracow office.

Form of cooperation: B2B only.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Learning Coordinator to join our Cybersecurity team. This role focuses on coordinating training and certification programs, supporting process improvement initiatives, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver a streamlined and effective learning experience for our cybersecurity professionals. Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct data analysis and collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage learning and development data for the cybersecurity team.
• Certification & Accreditation Management: Oversee the demand and delivery of certification and accreditation programs, ensuring alignment with department requirements.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cybersecurity professionals to process certification requests, provide feedback, and support training needs.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance the certification process, implement automation solutions, and create process documentation.
• Metrics & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and report on certification and training metrics, providing insights for decision-making.
• Training Insights: Assist the team lead in delivering monthly training reports and updates across cybersecurity initiatives.
• Skills Mapping: Support the identification and alignment of skills and education offerings to cybersecurity job families and roles.
• Content Management: Contribute to the ongoing management of learning platforms, ensuring relevant and up-to-date content.
• Vendor Coordination: Liaise with strategic learning vendors to manage training allocations, handle customer queries, and provide support.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Knowledge of Training & Awareness: Familiar with the latest training techniques and methods for effective learning delivery.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Strong skills in data analysis, problem-solving, and creating actionable insights.
• Experience in Training Coordination: Proven experience in coordinating training and awareness activities, ideally within cybersecurity or risk management.
• Vendor Management: Experience working with and managing vendor relationships.
• Process Improvement: Demonstrated experience in process optimization and implementing automation solutions.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders across various seniority levels.
• Proficiency in Software Tools: Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint. Experience with tools like Degreed or Workplace is a plus.
• Strong Analytical & Communication Skills: Capable of defining, measuring, and interpreting training metrics and effectively communicating insights.
• Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

• Relevant Experience: A background in education, design, communication, or a related field is a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree: Degree in IT, Learning & Development, Cybersecurity, or a related field (desirable).
• Familiarity with Cybersecurity Certification: Understanding of certification and accreditation processes within the cybersecurity industry.
• Presentation & Data Visualization: Ability to create meaningful presentations and visualizations for stakeholders.
• Project Management Tools: Experience with tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, or Monday.com.
• Basic Knowledge of Cybersecurity & Data Protection: An understanding of key cybersecurity and data protection concepts.
