Your Responsibilities

- Lead the development and implementation of condition monitoring, notifications, and predictive service across PALFINGER
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, align, and prioritize requirements for predictive service use cases
- Analyze customer journey, technical capabilities, and market needs to define high-impact projects
- Manage projects from concept to delivery — ensuring scope, quality, budget, and schedule compliance
- Continuously explore and integrate innovative machine learning and data science methods into predictive service offerings
- Technical degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in machine data analysis, data analytics, or condition monitoring, ideally in construction machinery
- Strong understanding of complex mechatronic systems and hydraulics
- Commercial mindset with strong customer focus and goal orientation
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
- Flexible working hours with no core time and possibility to work from home
