About The Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to development projects: Support our scientists in Analytical Characterization – from planning and executing experiments to analyzing and interpreting data.
- Document and Optimize: Record experimental procedures and results thoroughly and contribute ideas to enhance analytical methods and workflow efficiency.
- Data analysis and Automation: Assist in evaluating complex datasets and support the implementation of automated solutions to improve throughput and reproducibility.
- Collaborate and Communicate: Work closely with your colleagues and prepare your results for team discussions and presentations.
- You are currently enrolled in a Master’s program in a relevant field such as Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Bioinformatics, or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
- A solution-oriented mindset and a high willingness to learn new skills and concepts.
- You have a self-driven, team-oriented work style – you take responsibility for your tasks and enjoy working collaboratively.
- Interest for or knowledge in data science, statistical data analysis, and simulation, automation and basic programming (e.g. R or Phyton) is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office for data analysis and documentation.
- Advanced communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken.
- You will contribute to the optimization of meaningful analytical methods that impact the development of innovative biologics that improve patient lives worldwide.
- Work in state-of-the-art labs located in Kundl, Austria, with access to high-end instrumentation including mass spectrometry, chromatography, and biophysical methods.
- Grow as a scientist through hands-on experience in mass spectrometry, guided by experts in the field.
- Supportive, interdisciplinary team with a flat hierarchy and open communication.
- Diverse and inclusive environment that values your unique perspective and expertise.
The site in Tirol is in the middle of the Austrian Alps with excellent infrastructure.
Benefits & Rewards
In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. For this position the minimum salary is € 2.010,75€/month (on a full-time basis).
