  • Identify and mitigate risks early, proposing creative and practical solutions to maintain delivery excellence.

2. Client Relationship & Communication

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned brands throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure clear, consistent, and proactive communication regarding project status, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Translate client objectives into actionable project plans, aligning creative and production teams accordingly.
  • Manage expectations with professionalism and transparency, fostering client trust and long-term satisfaction.

3. Budget Management

  • Build and manage project budgets, ensuring alignment with agreed scopes and approved costs.
  • Proactively flag potential scope changes, ensuring client approval and proper documentation.

4. Account Growth & Strategic Support

  • Identify potential business opportunities, contributing to account growth strategies.
  • Partner with senior account leads to develop proposals, presentations, and commercial offers when relevant.
  • Act as a bridge between project delivery and strategic development, ensuring consistency between execution and long-term client goals.

5. Team Collaboration

  • Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams including design, production, and client services.
  • Facilitate meetings, share updates, and ensure clear alignment on priorities and deliverables.
  • Support resource allocation and timeline management, flagging capacity risks when necessary.
