We’re looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our IT team

Delfi Meedia is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join our DevOps and Software Hosting department. Your main responsibilities will include developing and managing the DevOps platform, as well as supporting developers in using it effectively.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to shape and build a modern DevOps environment with an impact that extends across the Baltics. Our engineers enjoy the freedom to design technical solutions with experienced professionals, make meaningful decisions, and experiment with new technologies.

Your responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the DevOps platform;
• Support and guide developers in using the platform;
• Document functionalities and create user guides;
• Ensure the application release cycle through CI/CD workflows;
• Develop self-service solutions to enable independent development work;
• Manage monitoring systems to oversee application lifecycles;
• Develop backup and security components to ensure cybersecurity.

What we expect:

• Relevant educational background;
• At least 5 years of experience in IT;
• Experience with Helm and Kubernetes;
• Experience building and managing CI/CD tools;
• Excellent command of Estonian and English, both spoken and written.

It’s a plus if you have:

• Experience with Grafana or Prometheus monitoring systems;
• Knowledge of GitLab and Crossplane;
• Experience using AWS;
• Experience developing a DevOps platform;
• AWS certification.
